Hello ,

Have you tried intermittent fasting? Are you having trouble bouncing back from quarantine eating?

Fasting is the most simple and effective way to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and increase your longevity.

And, intermittent fasting specifically has played a big part in healing my own digestion over the years. No more bloating, gas, indigestion, and stubborn belly fat.

Intermittent fasting simply means eating for a certain number of hours each day (ie. 8-hour eating window) and fasting for the remaining hours of the day (ie. 16-hour fast).

For example, if your first meal starts at 11 AM you would finish eating by 7 PM. It's really that easy.

If you already do intermittent fasting on a regular basis and would like a new challenge, you could try: shortening your daily eating window to 6 or 4 hours, or doing a single one day fast, alternate-day fast, or a multiple day fast.

Whether you are a fasting novice or seasoned veteran, my 7-day fasting program starting on June 27th is designed to support you.

The hardest part of fasting is getting started. Having the support of a group and starting with a plan are the keys to success.

After a period of fasting, your body will start to feel back on track and your health will once again gain forward momentum.

During the 7-days you will follow your own custom fasting protocol, which may include one or more of the following:

  • 8-hour eating window (ie. 11 AM -7 PM) followed by a 16 hour fast
  • 6-hour eating window (ie. 12 PM - 6 PM) followed by an 18 hour fast
  • 4-hour eating window (ie. 12 PM - 4 PM) followed by a 20 hour fast
  • 24 hour fast (ie. fasting from dinner one day to dinner the next)
  • 36 hour fast
  • 2 day fast
  • 3 day fast

*Fasting periods can be done with water-only or while drinking broth


Before this program starts, you will complete a questionnaire on your health goals and past experiences with fasting and I will recommend the protocol best suited to you.

This information will be used to create your custom fasting program to follow during the 7-days.

Private Facebook group - daily videos and posts answering all of your questions, as well as discussing all of the benefits, research, and tips and tricks to fasting
This is where you will post your questions and your experiences, as well as learn from the knowledge and experiences of the other group members.

Daily support from a physician (that's me!) who has experimented extensively with fasting over the past 12-months. I will be supporting and reassuring you throughout the process of your fast.

Rosie will introduce some new ways of thinking about how to create healthy habits that stick.
